Ecstatic Dance | Thursday July 4 | 7:00-9:00pm
Throughout history, our ancestors have used dance for healing, celebrating, grieving, and altering their consciousness. Ecstatic dance follows in this tradition. It’s a freeform somatic movement practice that invites the dancer to find their own personal expression and engage with their various parts and emotions. There’s no instruction and no right or wrong ways of doing it. We let the music be our guide. Led by Sara Bensman Thursday night and Jeannie Adair Sunday morning.

Paint Rock Farm has created a “prayer trail “ on a beautiful ridge deep in the conservation forest where you can “walk “ the prayer one line at a time to absorb the wisdom deeply and then leave your own prayer for those who follow in a prayer book if you choose. Join with others to learn a little about Babaji , walk the trail, and share your experience with others afterwards. Led by Lama Baba
